Our Guiding Principles

LondonGentlemeenPlay is built upon the traditions of the great Gentlemeen's clubs of London — places where wit, civility, and mutual respect were not merely expected but celebrated. These guidelines exist to preserve that spirit in our digital community.

Every member who joins the club implicitly agrees to uphold these standards. Membership is a privilege, and we reserve the right to remove any member who fails to meet them.

Expected Conduct

• Treat all members with courtesy and respect at all times.
• Accept the outcomes of games with grace — both victory and defeat define the character of a gentleman.
• Use the platform for its intended purpose: entertainment and social engagement.
• Report any technical issues or concerns through the proper channels.
• Represent yourself honestly — do not impersonate other members or create misleading profiles.
• Respect the 18+ age restriction. Do not share access to the platform with minors.

Prohibited Behaviour

• Harassment, intimidation, or any form of bullying directed at other members.
• Discriminatory language or behaviour based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, or any other characteristic.
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or circumvent the games or platform systems.
• Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages.
• Sharing account credentials or allowing others to use your account.
• Any commercial activity, solicitation, or advertising within the platform.
• Posting or sharing inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful content.

Sportsmanship

The games at LondonGentlemeenPlay are played in a spirit of friendly competition. We celebrate skill, strategy, and the enjoyment of play. Members are encouraged to approach wins and losses with equal equanimity — a hallmark of the true gentleman.

Taunting, gloating, or poor sportsmanship of any kind is contrary to the spirit of this club and will not be tolerated.

Enforcement

Violations of these guidelines may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the platform at our discretion. We aim to handle all matters with fairness and proportionality.

These guidelines may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in our community or platform. Members will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the current guidelines.
